How are the courses structured?

The courses are ran over 2 days, during which time you will be given explanations, demonstrations and shown in detail how to utilise and apply these skills and understanding into your own life, movement habits, and daily activities.

You will be shown from scratch how to use these skills, and be able to take part in simple activities to help develop the principles of efficient movement and skill.

Following the course you will be provided with online videos, to back up what you have learnt, so that you can continue to develop your natural movement efficiency at home.
