No, Ortho Balance is not an exercise programme, it is a system designed to teach our body the principles and reflexes of how to move our bodies more efficiently, that can be applied universally to everyday tasks as we move through life. Carrying out the Ortho Balance movements alongside your current exercise programmes or sports can hugely benefit the way you move and perform.

By learning to move more naturally your movements become much more efficient and you increase perception and coordination of your joints meaning you can make micromic changes of balance and body position during a movement or technique, increasing its effectiveness and success.
