Frequently asked questions

How do I learn to move naturally?

One of the most important concepts we teach, is that to move naturally and efficiently, we don’t need to learn any new movements. But simply getting rid of all the regimented and inefficient movement habits that we have learnt through modern day activities.

As babies we move very naturally, but as our movements become more regimented, through exercise drills and postural and physical stresses, and exercises, we forget these natural ways of moving efficiently.

Through showing the principles of natural movement and the reflexes that are already present in your body and how to utilise them, you can rediscover very easily how to move in a way that is very natural, using minimal muscular activity to produce efficient movement, leading to reduced stress on the joints.
